I’m Back In The Groove Of Yoga

I’ve been doing yoga every day since Sunday. I feel like I’m back in the habit of doing it. I think that this is great. Yesterday I even did a 38 minute balancing yoga session with my instructor, and today I’m not sore from it! I’m so glad. I wonder what was making my muscles get so sore last week.

Today I’m still not sure if I want to do another half hour or just 15 minutes of yoga. I am a little tired, but as I said, not sore. I might do a half hour today, and then 15 minutes tomorrow and a half hour on Friday. I’m also taking into account that I need to take Maggie on a walk at some point today, so I don’t want to overdo it when it comes to yoga.

I’ve also noticed something about myself lately. I’ve been fairly quiet online. I’m not sure why. I know that for about 5 or 6 years I was constantly posting and commenting on there, but that need seems to have passed. I feel like, I’m okay sitting back and watching a movie these days. I don’t have to be busy all the time, and that includes being online. It’s nice. I’ve definitely been relaxing more lately.

Nakia is still being a lovey when she is out of her crate. Patrick’s struggling a bit with eating right now. Tempest has been warming up to me more every day. Perdi’s still struggling with her new meds. And Maggie’s just full of energy!
