I’ve Lost At Least 2% Body Fat in the Past Few Months

We have a body fat monitor here at our house. A few months ago, before I really started exercising all the time and watching what I eat, I remember that I measured my fat percentage with it. I was surprised that at 135 pounds that it was reading as obese (I was at about 31 or 32% body fat). It made me pretty unhappy. So, I decided to start using myfitnesspal and dedicated myself more to exercise. Well, I took my body fat measurements last night, and I’m down to 29.2%! I think that this is great. The thing is that I’ve been frustrated, too, because I’ve only lost 5 pounds. But, seeing that I’ve lost this much body fat is motivating! I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing and hopefully I’ll lose more.

In other news, I found out that a hot yoga studio that’s right near my house offers yoga sculpt at their studio with 85 degree heat. That sounds perfect to me. Once the pandemic is over, and it’s safe to go to yoga classes again, I might try the classes at that studio. I’m excited!
