I had originally set out to do half an hour of yoga every day for a month, with restorative yoga on my rests days. But I’m realizing that with undergoing Lyme treatment that I need a rest day at least once a week. So I’m going to do yoga five or six days a week for now. I know that I can do more than that if I want to, but it will exhaust me and is not sustainable. So I need to take it easy today and at least one day a week. I do feel bad for my followers, like I’m letting you guys down by not doing the full 30 days. But, I need to practice self care which includes taking rest days. I hope that you guys will understand. I’m trying to accept that I can’t just be like everyone else when it comes to exercise because of my health issues.
